Many workers feel that the ecological transition is a project they have been excluded from. They are seldom consulted, even when major changes are imposed that directly affect their daily lives. Many fear that employers will use supposedly \u201cgreen\u201d measures as a pretext to attack hard-won rights. Who can blame them?<\/p>\n

Our assemblies bring together workers selected to form a representative sample of their sector. After presentations by specialists, they are invited to develop a vision for their industry that respects planetary boundaries and that they will want to fight for. We then help them propose resolutions at union meetings and lay out transformation plans that build alliances with activist groups.<\/p>\n
